5th Grade through Adults
Musical Theatre classes are held on Saturdays from 12:00-
1:00pm.
Tuition: $210 per 10-week semester
Acting Classes are offered 3 semesters per year, on Saturdays.

We teach various methods - Stanislavski (Method
Acting), Meisner, Uta Hagen, Strasberg, and more!
How qualified are your musical
theatre instructors?
Our musical theatre instructors all hold
degrees in acting, musical theatre,
music and/or a closely related field.
Our instructors are accomplished stage
actors, film actors, and music directors.
What will I learn from musical theatre
classes at Strand?
Students will be introduced to the techniques used by
actors/singers to play musical theater scenes believably,
honestly and dynamically. Acting techniques will be
taught with emphasis on vocal warm-ups, vocalizes,
breathing, ear training, text analysis, movement and
speech. Students will be required to prepare songs that
will culminate in an online or in person performance for
family and friends at the end of the course.
